I like to think of VAs as the ones who get tasks done, and OBMs as strategists. And while my services overlap with both, I’m a one-time hire—my goal is for you to have systems you can manage, so that you don’t need to hire a VA.
On the other hand, if you’re scaling your business and really do need to start delegating, working together will get things in order first. That way, when you bring in a VA, you’ll be able to share your processes and have them jump into existing systems.
What’s the difference between hiring you and hiring a VA or OBM?
The most common criticism I hear about ClickUp is that it's TOO powerful. But that also means that we can start with a very basic setup, and as your business grows and evolves, you can grow into the tool (instead of growing out of it--which is what I see most often with Asana and Trello).
