I like to think of VAs as the ones who get tasks done, and OBMs as strategists. And while my services overlap with both, I’m a one-time hire—my goal is for you to have systems you can manage, so that you don’t need to hire a VA.
On the other hand, if you’re scaling your business and really do need to start delegating, working together will get things in order first. That way, when you bring in a VA, you’ll be able to share your processes and have them jump into existing systems.
